SHIPPING RATES

We offer the following shipping options within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: $7.99 (5-7 business days)
  • Express Shipping: $14.99 (2-3 business days)
  • FREE Standard Shipping: On all orders $100 or more

Shipping times are estimates and begin after your order is processed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your location and carrier performance.

PROCESSING TIME

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

DELIVERY LOCATIONS

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment through the carrier's website using this number.

SHIPPING DELAYS

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • Carrier delays or service disruptions
  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:

  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and will replace your order or issue a full refund

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at [your email] before your order ships.

CUSTOMS AND DUTIES

Currently, we only ship within the United States, so no customs or import duties apply.
