The Supplement Packs
What exactly is a Lore supplement pack?
Each Lore pack is a curated AM/PM supplement system — two pouches per day, timed to work with your body's natural rhythms. Your morning pouch supports energy, focus, and daytime metabolic activity. Your evening pouch supports recovery, hormone balance, and overnight repair.
Every pack is built around a specific skin-health and wellness segment, so the formula isn't generic — it's designed for your concerns.
What's actually in the supplements?
Every ingredient is listed on the product page for your specific pack. We don't hide behind proprietary blends when transparency is the whole point.
Our formulations are built around evidence-backed actives at doses that reflect real research, not label decoration. Key actives vary by segment but may include things like myo-inositol, DIM, zinc, biotin, NAC, and targeted antioxidants.
How do I know which pack is right for me?
We have six segment-specific packs:
- Lore PCOS — hormonal balance, androgen support, and metabolic wellness for those navigating PCOS
- Lore Fungal Acne — Malassezia-aware formulation, microbiome balance, and barrier support for fungal acne-prone skin
- Lore Sensory — nervous system support, calm focus, sensory sensitivity
- Lore Glow — formulated specifically for melanated skin: hyperpigmentation, post-inflammatory darkening, uneven tone, and the antioxidant support darker skin tones need to protect and maintain luminosity
- Lore Radiance — built for skin changes associated with GLP-1 use: collagen loss, accelerated laxity, dryness, and nutrient gaps that commonly emerge during rapid weight loss
- Lore Harmony — perimenopause and hormonal transition support
If your concerns overlap (which they often do), start with your primary skin or hormonal concern. Still unsure? Reach out — we'll help you sort it out.
Why AM and PM — does the timing actually matter?
Yes, genuinely. Nutrient absorption, hormonal fluctuations, and cellular repair processes all follow circadian patterns. Fat-soluble vitamins absorb better with food. Some actives (like myo-inositol) have evidence supporting split dosing for optimal absorption. Others are better suited to nighttime when your body is in repair mode.
The AM/PM split isn't a gimmick — it's how we make sure the formula actually performs the way the research suggests it should.
Absorption & Delivery
I've taken supplements before that didn't work. What's different here?
Honestly? Most of the time it's an absorption problem, not a supplement problem. Many products use forms of nutrients your body can't efficiently process — or dose them in ways that compete for absorption, or skip bioavailability-enhancing co-factors entirely.
We formulate with absorption as a starting requirement, not an afterthought. That means choosing bioavailable forms, pairing nutrients that work synergistically, and splitting doses to avoid competition.
Our first Greenhouse blog post dives deep into exactly this if you want the full breakdown.
Are these capsules or powders?
Our packs are capsule-based and individually portioned into daily AM and PM pouches, so there's no counting, sorting, or guessing. Everything for that time of day is already together.
Should I take them with food?
For most packs, yes — taking with food (especially a meal containing some fat) will improve absorption of fat-soluble ingredients. Your product page includes specific guidance for your pack. When in doubt, eat something first.
Safety & Who These Are For
I have melanated skin — why does Lore Glow exist specifically for me?
Because most supplements weren't formulated with you in mind, and that matters more than the industry admits. Melanated skin has more active melanocytes, which means it's more prone to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), uneven tone triggered by inflammation, and oxidative stress that accelerates discoloration. Standard "brightening" formulas often target concerns that don't map to how darker skin actually behaves.
Lore Glow is built around the specific pathways that affect melanin-rich skin: supporting healthy melanin activity, antioxidant defense against the oxidative triggers that can worsen PIH, support for a balanced inflammatory response, and nutrients that support the skin barrier — because a compromised barrier in melanated skin often shows up as discoloration, not redness.
This pack was designed because that gap was personal. Not as an afterthought.
I'm on a GLP-1 medication (like Ozempic or Wegovy). What is Lore Radiance addressing?
GLP-1 medications are genuinely effective — but rapid weight loss at any speed creates skin changes that aren't talked about enough. The concerns we formulated Radiance around include:
- Collagen loss — may be associated with rapid fat reduction and the caloric deficit many GLP-1 users experience
- Skin laxity — loss of the volume that was previously supporting skin structure
- Dryness and barrier disruption — common during significant weight loss and often worsened by reduced dietary fat intake
- Nutrient gaps — GLP-1 medications reduce appetite significantly, which can create deficiencies in key skin-supporting nutrients like protein, zinc, vitamin C, and biotin
Radiance is designed to fill those gaps and support your skin through the transition — not to interfere with your medication or your progress. As always, let your prescribing provider know what you're adding to your routine.
I'm on HRT. Is the Harmony pack safe for me?
The Harmony pack is specifically designed with HRT awareness in mind. That said, two ingredients — DIM and Resveratrol — may interact with estrogen metabolism, and their use alongside hormone therapy should be reviewed with your prescribing provider before starting.
We flag this transparently on the product page. We'd rather you ask your doctor than find out the hard way.
Are these safe during pregnancy or while breastfeeding?
Please consult your OB or midwife before starting any new supplement regimen during pregnancy or while nursing. Some ingredients across our packs are not recommended during pregnancy, and your provider is the right person to make that call with you.
I have a medical condition or take prescription medications. Can I still use Lore?
We're transparent about every ingredient we use so you can have an informed conversation with your healthcare provider. Supplements can interact with medications — especially anything affecting hormones, thyroid, or blood sugar. Please review the full ingredient list with your doctor or pharmacist before starting.
We'll never tell you to skip that step.
Are these products third-party tested?
Our supplements are manufactured through vetted, compliant facilities. We are committed to transparency around testing and quality standards. Specific certifications and testing documentation are available — reach out and we'll share what we have.
Ordering & Fulfillment
How are the packs shipped and how long does delivery take?
Orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from our manufacturing partner's facility. Standard delivery is typically within 5–10 business days after processing. You'll receive a tracking notification once your order ships.
What's your return policy?
Because our packs are individually portioned supplement products, we're unable to accept returns on opened orders for health and safety reasons. If something arrived damaged or incorrect, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
Can I subscribe and save?
Subscription options are coming. We're building this deliberately — we want to make sure the experience is solid before locking anyone into recurring orders. Stay connected through The Greenhouse newsletter for updates.
