REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

At Invernadero, Inc. (LORE), we stand behind the quality of our curated supplement protocols. However, due to the nature of dietary supplements as consumable health products, we maintain the following return policy to ensure product safety and integrity.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Unopened Products: We accept returns of unopened, sealed products within 15 days of delivery for a full refund, minus original shipping costs.
Opened Products: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplement packets or products with broken seals. All sales of opened products are final.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@invernaderobiotech.com. We will replace the product at no cost or issue a full refund, including shipping.
RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return for an unopened product:
- Contact us at info@invernaderobiotech.com within 15 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a return authorization and return address
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
REFUND METHOD
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Opened supplement packets or products with broken seals
- Products purchased during promotional sales (unless defective)
- Products returned after 30 days from delivery
